Client Success, Senior Business Analyst (Property Restoration)

What you will do

• Build business cases for data, reporting, and process initiatives by defining problems, stakeholders, expected ROI, and success criteria.
• Interview client leadership and internal business units to gather, prioritize, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and clear solution specifications.
• Define and validate KPIs, scorecards, reports, and dashboards against client outcomes.
• Map current workflows and design future improvements across the property ecosystem.
• Bridge client leadership, internal business units, and technical, AI, and automation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred, or a high school diploma/equivalent with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of related business experience, including business case development and requirements definition.
• Required: deep knowledge of the property restoration ecosystem and independent adjuster market.
• Understanding of contractor pain points, restoration business operations, P&L, job costing, production meetings, cycle time, and punch-list reduction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, planning, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and changing business priorities while presenting business cases to client and business-unit leadership.

Nice to have

• Claims workflow knowledge, including DASH, CRM, Validate, Mitigate, hirify.global Workspace, and hirify.global Estimate.
• Experience defining requirements for and demonstrating reports or dashboards to end users.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and AI or automation tooling.
• Experience with ROI modeling for data and technology initiatives.
