VP, Finance & Treasurer (Healthcare Technology)

What you will do

• Lead treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, capital allocation, funding strategies, and cash flow forecasting.
• Establish treasury controls, governance processes, and risk management practices for cash, investments, debt, and financial transactions.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors, insurance providers, and other financial partners.
• Direct borrowing, debt compliance, covenant management, financing activities, and capital structure optimization.
• Lead billing automation strategy, establish and maintain KPIs, and oversee the billing team.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, executive leadership, and the board on planning, strategic initiatives, reporting, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance or treasury teams.
• Expertise in treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, corporate banking, debt and credit facilities, capital planning, financial risk management, and working capital optimization.
• Experience managing lender and banking relationships, supporting executive leadership and boards, and producing financial models, forecasts, and presentations.
• Minimal travel, approximately a couple of times per year.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree in Finance, CPA, CFA, CTP, or another finance-related certification.
• Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, revenue cycle management, or a private equity-backed organization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, refinancing transactions, capital raises, treasury management systems, or enterprise financial technology platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives.
