Repair Supervisor (Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA

Salary: $71,000–$97,900 per year, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO and other benefits.

What you will do

• Lead shift production plans by scheduling personnel, assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring progress and resolving process issues.
• Supervise 10–15 employees and contractors performing repair technician duties.
• Provide management with feedback on material and process discrepancies affecting robotic vehicle quality and repair efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with production schedules, company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain tools and consumables, and document employee performance, training and attendance.
• Collaborate with repair operations and other departments to support customer service, spare-parts needs, quality and product reliability.

Requirements

• Vocational or college degree in a mechanical discipline, or at least 7 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing assembly environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical assembly and mechanical and electrical test equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel; SAP or CMMS experience is preferred.
• Hands-on skills, initiative, organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand and walk for 10–12 hours, climb stairs, work at heights and follow lockout/tagout and fall-protection protocols.
