What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for Operations system issues and manage new system roll-outs across branches.
• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Regional President, including calendar, travel, and meeting management.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, best practices, and quality improvement guides.
• Analyze and report on regional performance metrics, including headcount, NPS, and financial P&L.
• Coordinate the college recruiting program and facilitate the onboarding and evaluation of trainees.
• Collaborate with Shared Services to ensure payroll, billing, and administrative accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years of related experience in executive or office management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for manipulating complex databases.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task with limited supervision.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
