Systems Analyst (Supply Chain/WMS)

Location: Remote in the United States; up to 30% travel to customer sites. Relocation and work permit application assistance are not available.

What you will do

• Design and implement client-specific metrics and dashboards, leading configuration from requirements through delivery.
• Build data extractions using data mining and analysis, and write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL across SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL systems such as MongoDB.
• Configure client solutions and lead quality assurance to ensure implementations meet requirements and support user adoption.
• Review queries, metrics, and visualizations; provide feedback and maintain documentation in the team's code repository.
• Troubleshoot data and architecture issues, clean and manage client data, and collaborate on implementing requirements.
• Provide technical training to clients and comply with Rebus SOC2 policies and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, plus experience with MongoDB aggregation pipelines or another NoSQL database.
• Experience working with APIs and at least one major supply chain or WMS platform, such as Blue Yonder/JDA, HighJump, Manhattan, or SAP.
• Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, and warehousing processes.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for SQL writing, debugging, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and spoken English skills; comfortable working independently across Windows and UNIX environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building or configuring AI/LLM automation workflows for data extraction, cleansing, or documentation.
