Formulary & Systems Analyst II

What you will do

• Configure and test medication SKUs, including products, strengths, dose levels, quantities, and fill cadence.
• Translate approved clinical protocols and pharmacy specifications into ordering-platform configuration, including titration schedules.
• Reconcile pharmacy inventory with protocol requirements by calculating unit and volume values and escalating unresolved discrepancies.
• Coordinate builds with Clinical, Implementation, and pharmacy partners to ensure provider training, billing setup, testing, and capacity are ready before launch.
• Manage concurrent projects end to end, prioritize deadlines, execute state-by-state routing changes, and close configuration gaps.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot platform issues, document procedures, and provide actionable details to the development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in configuration, operations, analysis, or coordination roles where accuracy had significant consequences.
• Exceptional attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and strong proactive communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Ability to learn proprietary internal systems quickly and work confidently with spreadsheets, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Persistence and discipline when performing detailed, repetitive work.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring products, catalogs, or SKUs in an internal platform or ordering system.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated-operations experience.
• Experience with EHR, pharmacy management, e-commerce, or workflow-configuration systems.
• Exposure to APIs, JSON, systems integrations, or SQL.
• Experience with controlled specifications, protocols, startup, or high-growth environments.
