Systems Analyst

Location: Remote in Canada; up to 30% travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Design and implement client metrics and dashboards from requirements, leading configuration end to end.
• Build data extractions through data mining and analysis, and retrieve, clean, and manage client data.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL across SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL systems such as MongoDB.
• Configure client solutions, lead quality assurance, and support user adoption.
• Review queries, metrics, and visualizations; maintain documentation and the team's code repository.
• Resolve database and architecture issues, train clients, and collaborate on scoping and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Experience with MongoDB aggregation pipelines or another NoSQL database, plus experience working with APIs.
• Knowledge of a major supply chain or WMS platform, such as Blue Yonder/JDA, HighJump, Manhattan, or SAP.
• Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, and warehousing processes.
• Strong written and spoken English; availability to work remotely from Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for SQL writing, debugging, and documentation.
• Experience building or configuring AI/LLM automation workflows for data extraction, cleansing, or documentation.
