System Analyst with PO Experience

What you will do

• Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
• Model business processes with BPMN, design solutions, and build prototypes.
• Support backlog refinement and own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, lead demos and reviews, and validate delivered increments.
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, risks, dependencies, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst and experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, gRPC, ELK Stack, Git, and SDLC.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, strong analytical thinking, systems understanding, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management background.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow and process automation platforms.
