Design Senior Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design across websites, email and SMS, lifecycle marketing, and events.
• Raise the design standard for key practices by influencing integrated marketing plans and channel-level tactics.
• Build a template system that delivers polished, high-performing experiences for smaller practices.
• Streamline and document design workflows, including service-level agreements by client, asset, and request.
• Identify, test, and implement AI-assisted design tools to reduce manual production time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, including ownership of design for a brand end-to-end.
• A portfolio spanning website, email or SMS, and event or experiential design.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, hospitality, or wellness, with a clear point of view on high-end design.
• Experience contributing to marketing or campaign planning and writing light copy for marketing assets.
• Evidence of building a creative, design, or marketing function, or of hands-on creative operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools and comfort defining systems in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Deep medspa experience is welcome but not required.
