Senior Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead concept development and creative delivery across corporate branding, social and digital assets, print collateral, editorial, presentations, and video storyboards.
• Design and produce marketing materials including paid media, social assets, event materials, white papers, emails, digital banners, brochures, and reports.
• Develop long-form editorial content of 12+ pages and reports of 40+ pages while maintaining high typographic and layout standards.
• Partner with Account Directors, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to manage briefs, present work, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Brief and review production and external agency work, oversee finished-file specifications, and maintain quality across print, digital, and web outputs.
• Delegate work, mentor Junior and Production Designers, monitor team output, and manage project-level production budgets, suppliers, freelancers, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio covering editorial, corporate branding, digital, and print design.
• Expert proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Thorough understanding of typography, photography, colour, print production, and design across paid media, social, email, and banner channels.
• Experience working within corporate brand environments, maintaining brand governance and consistency at scale, preferably with exposure to regulated or financial services industries.
• Confident client communication and presentation skills, with experience guiding, delegating to, and mentoring junior creative talent.
• Advanced use of Gen AI design tools, experience building AI-assisted workflows, training others in effective AI tool use, and applying human judgment to AI-assisted outputs.
