Production Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually plus equity

hirify.global is a seed-stage healthcare technology company building an AI-powered solution that helps Americans understand medical bills, fight claim denials, correct billing errors, secure financial assistance, and lower healthcare costs.

What you will do

• Produce and version UGC and talking-head ads for Meta and YouTube, including multiple lengths, aspect ratios, captions, B-roll, text reveals, and platform-specific cuts.
• Create light motion graphics and AI-assisted animations for product and healthcare explainers.
• Design and revise mobile-first marketing and campaign landing pages in Figma based on copy briefs and conversion benchmarks.
• Build responsive lifecycle, promotional, and partner email templates within an existing design system.
• Create partner and business-development decks, sales-enablement materials, co-branded assets, and reusable self-serve templates.
• Handle high-volume one-off brand and marketing design requests while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production or creative design experience with a portfolio covering video, web, and static work.
• Strong social-first video editing skills in Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or an equivalent tool, including captioning, resizing, and rapid multi-cut delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma for landing pages and web layouts.
• Experience designing responsive email templates in an ESP such as Klaviyo or Customer.io.
• Ability to work quickly from written briefs, deliver high volumes of reliable output, and follow healthcare compliance rules.
• Experience with direct-response or performance creative, including hook rate, hold rate, and message match.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, fintech, or another regulated-industry background.
• Motion design and AI creative tool experience, including AI presenters or generative image and video tools.
• Canva experience for templated, self-serve assets.
