Quality Assurance Executive - Product Integrity - 12 Month FCT (Apparel)

Location: Solihull, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid onsite collaboration with a minimum expectation of three days per week onsite at hirify.global HQ.

What you will do

• Drive product quality across the development-to-production lifecycle for a Men's, Women's or Seamless category.
• Identify and mitigate quality, fit, performance and compliance risks in new product developments.
• Manage bulk fabric and raw material validation, garment testing and performance test reviews.
• Lead Pre-Production Sample approvals and support Pre-Production Meetings.
• Communicate category-specific quality controls to suppliers, regional quality teams and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate quality issues and claims, determine root causes and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in quality assurance, product integrity or quality management within apparel, sportswear or textiles.
• Strong knowledge of textile materials, garment construction and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of fabric, garment and performance testing standards, including experience reviewing laboratory test reports.
• Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital product or quality management systems.
