What you will do

• Lead 24/7 global security operations through a follow-the-sun model across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Own the incident response lifecycle from triage through post-incident review while maintaining forensic preservation standards.
• Direct the Cyber Threat Intelligence program and convert adversary intelligence into detection requirements, control coverage, and defensive architecture decisions.
• Govern MITRE ATT&CK-aligned detection coverage and establish continuous validation through adversary emulation and detection testing.
• Set detection-as-code standards, including version control, release rigor, automated testing, and telemetry quality, in partnership with SIEM, SOAR, and agent platform engineering.
• Coordinate major incident response, vulnerability remediation prioritization, AI/ML defense automation, and the development of a globally distributed team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, threat intelligence, or SOC leadership.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing a globally distributed team.
• Experience leading cyber defense or security operations programs at comparable scale and complexity.
• Experience defending hybrid or multi-cloud enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of threat-informed defense, MITRE ATT&CK, incident response, detection engineering, and continuous validation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive leadership and to build operational discipline under pressure.
