What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the 24x7x365 Security Operations Center.
• Own the operational delivery and maturity of MXDR services.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to improve operational efficiency and alert quality.
• Serve as the executive operational leader for client-facing security engagements.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing security teams.
• Monitor and report on key operational KPIs including SLA/SLO attainment, MTTD, and MTTR.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise Security Operations or Managed Security Services.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to run repeatable processes with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across remote, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certifications.
• Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert or Security Operations Analyst certifications.
• ITIL Foundation or Managing Professional certification.
