Product Engineer (Electrification)

Location: Onsite in Frosinone, Italy

Minimum annual salary: €36,000, plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment, cycle times, and materials to support quality, efficiency, cost, safety, and production targets.
• Lead product lifecycle projects and coordinate cross-functional, multi-location teams, work packages, schedules, costs, and deliverables.
• Manage product changes and customizations from request through release for sales using hirify.global's gate model.
• Identify and communicate project risks, change requests, dependencies, requirements, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with agile teams, operations, sales units, business units, and external resources to deliver effective product solutions.
• Transfer new products from development to operations with drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, spare-parts lists, and product manuals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Management, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with industrialization processes in the electrification market.
• Fluent Italian and English and confidence communicating in a multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and professional communication skills.
• Dynamism, passion, and willingness to grow.
