Vice President, Managed Services (AEM): Leading and scaling a globally distributed managed services organization for enterprise CMS and commerce platforms with an accent on operational excellence, client partnership, and commercial accountability. Focus on optimizing KPIs, SLAs, resource utilization, portfolio margins, and AI/GenAI-powered automation across AEM and headless content ecosystems.
Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia; candidates must be based in or near the Bogotá metro area and attend the office at least 2 days per week.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a globally distributed Managed Services organization of AEM architects, engineers, and service delivery managers.
- Define and optimize operational KPIs, SLAs, resource utilization, governance, incident management, and continuous improvement across 24/7/365 delivery.
- Own the financial health of the managed services portfolio, including margins, utilization targets, staffing mix, delivery risks, rate cards, and deal structures.
- Sponsor strategic client relationships, manage critical escalations, ensure delivery against contracts, and identify modernization and platform-extension opportunities.
- Serve as the technical authority for managed services across CMS, commerce, headless architectures, AEM, and enterprise platform upgrades.
- Innovate delivery frameworks using agentic workflows, AI orchestration, existing tools, and modern deployment strategies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting, IT leadership, or enterprise program management, including 5+ years in a VP-level or equivalent executive role.
- Experience managing large, multi-million-dollar managed services portfolios and highly distributed teams across North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC.
- Experience owning portfolio margin or P&L for a managed services or retainer business.
- Deep technical or architecture experience transitioned into global operations leadership, or extensive program direction experience with enterprise AEM implementations and AI integrations.
- Proven experience or strong conceptual mastery of extending enterprise CMS ecosystems with AI and GenAI tools to automate workflows, optimize assets, and accelerate delivery.
- Deep, hands-on Adobe Experience Manager experience, with strong knowledge of headless, composable, and enterprise content platforms.
