What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build trusted relationships as a strategic partner.
• Understand client objectives, provide guidance, resolve service and delivery challenges, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinate with Rapid Intelligence, Media Intelligence, editorial, and other internal teams to deliver accurate and relevant insights.
• Support renewals through account tracking, proposals, statements of work, and contract documentation.
• Identify client risks, retention opportunities, renewals, and potential upsell opportunities.
• Support research, writing, editing, quality checks, and ad-hoc client requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment involving relationship building, stakeholder influence, and client issue resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, accurate, and engaging content.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and prioritise tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in PR, communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field.
