What you will do

• Own customer relationships and build trust with end-users, operations teams, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead engagements from discovery and workflow analysis through project scoping, delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Work with a technical lead to direct engineers and researchers toward customer outcomes.
• Analyze complex enterprise data and design reliable AI solutions for real-world operating conditions.
• Onboard users, gather feedback, and iterate until systems are trusted and embedded in workflows.
• Translate customer needs and operational friction into product roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, client-facing projects and delivering results in AI, technology consulting, or fast-moving enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills with both CTO-level stakeholders and operational teams.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand complex customer workflows.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, identifying valuable problems, and building practical paths forward.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar tools, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
• Willingness to travel 25–75% depending on the engagement.
