Manager, Salesforce Engineering (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, including quality, deployment, stakeholder satisfaction, and platform governance.
• Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue, and Financial Clouds using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Drive secure development, CI/CD, source control, testing, monitoring, performance optimization, and platform troubleshooting.
• Design and support REST/SOAP API integrations, MuleSoft middleware solutions, event architecture, and OpenAPI specifications.
• Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies, architecture reviews, code reviews, and release planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management experience.
• 7–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, triggers, batch and scheduled classes, security models, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, event architecture, MuleSoft, CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II certifications required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice to have

• SAFe framework experience.
• Revenue Cloud Consultant or Integration Architecture Designer certification.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, VS Code, and design and development best-practice knowledge.
