Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with businesses under $2MM in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create quality referrals to ecosystem partners.
• Manage and grow Business Banking relationships by using client information to develop sales strategies and tailored solutions.
• Partner with branch managers, business bankers, wealth management, private banking, mortgage, and other internal teams to address client needs.
• Deliver a differentiated customer experience across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Follow banking policies, manage risk, resolve customer issues, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer needs, prospecting, selling, and customer experience management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work across a matrix of partners.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
