Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hirify.global banking products and solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized financial guidance.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage branch risk and participate in daily operations with accuracy and sound judgment.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in-office in Huntsville, Alabama.
