Night Shift Pharmacy Checker

Location: Onsite in Northampton, Northamptonshire; the role will later move to a new CEVA Logistics healthcare facility at Rockingham Park, Corby, opening in 2027.

Salary: £26,000 per annum plus £4,792.84 night shift allowance.

What you will do

• Perform 100% accuracy checks on ancillary products, including product codes, descriptions, batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities.
• Verify patient labels against dispatch documentation and maintain pharmacy checking records.
• Identify, document, and help resolve picking errors and order discrepancies.
• Maintain prescription records, match faxed prescriptions with originals, and support prescription archiving under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with warehouse activities such as picking products, preparing boxes, wrapping pallets, and preparing reports.
• Work with Pharmacists and Warehouse Operations to meet delivery schedules and maintain quality and regulatory standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced pharmacy and warehouse environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and quality improvement.
• Willingness to follow quality, health and safety, and company procedures and attend required training.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse operations, quality checking, or another regulated environment is advantageous.
