Transcare Nurse (Medtech)

Location: Must be based in or able to travel to High Wycombe and surrounding areas (UK)

What you will do

• Administer prescribed IV therapies and provide associated clinical care and support to patients.
• Train and educate patients and carers to independently connect and disconnect Parenteral Nutrition.
• Guide patients and carers in the independent use of infusion devices.
• Support the provision of phlebotomy and cannulation services.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).
• Minimum of 1 year of current clinical experience.
• Proven competence in the management and delivery of IV Therapies.
• Current valid driving licence to visit patients in the local and surrounding areas.
• Ability to make correct clinical decisions in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
