Quality Coordinator (GxP)

What you will do

• Administer and maintain the Quality Management System in line with company procedures and applicable GxP standards.
• Oversee deviation investigations, out-of-specification events, CAPA, change control, and quality risk management.
• Manage controlled documents, batch records, GMP documentation, issuance, review, release, and archiving.
• Coordinate vendor qualification, quality risk assessments, supplier audits, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct internal audits and self-inspections, support regulatory inspections and client audits, and track resulting actions.
• Deliver GxP quality training and support continuous process improvement across business units.

Requirements

• Experience working in a GMP environment in manufacturing or research is essential; knowledge of sterile manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in operations, QC, or QA within the pharmaceutical industry is essential; radiopharmaceutical experience is ideal.
• Good understanding of GMP, GxP compliance, QMS maintenance, risk management, auditing, and computerized systems.
• Degree-level education in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong communication, documentation, training, analytical, and independent working skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
