Pre Grad Intern - Sam's (Pharmacy)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; onsite at 7805 E 35th Ave

Hourly wage: $25.50–$33.50 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour.

Walmart and Sam's Club operate retail facilities providing pharmacy products and member services.

What you will do

• Process prescription and over-the-counter orders and purchases in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures.
• Enter prescription information, assist with filling prescriptions, and complete and secure required documentation.
• Provide member service, support purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and promote relevant products and services.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment to process purchases using appropriate payment procedures.
• Receive, stock, rotate, organize, and secure pharmacy merchandise and supplies.
• Maintain pharmacy presentation, handle claims and returns, identify damages and shrink, and keep the work area safe and compliant.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school.
• Follow company policies and applicable state and federal requirements for pharmacy operations, confidentiality, and documentation.
• Provide accurate member service and maintain a safe shopping and work environment.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification.
