Ennis- Pharmacy Care Representative - Part time

What you will do

• Provide customer service and patient care while coordinating with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other Pharmacy Care Representatives.
• Receive prescriptions and refill requests, verify patient information, enter data into RXEVO, and maintain prescription records.
• Process point-of-sale transactions, prescription pickups, prepaid prescriptions, deliveries, signature receipts, and related paperwork.
• Support vaccination scheduling, immunization events, prescription screening, and other professional services.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock over-the-counter inventory and pharmacy supplies.
• Maintain temperature logs, sanitation standards, work-area organization, and compliance with pharmacy procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Retail experience and experience in a fast-paced environment; pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Customer service, communication, telephone etiquette, mathematical, PC, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with little direct supervision, collaborate in a team, and remain composed in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, stand for extended periods, lift 30 pounds or more, and meet close-vision and color-vision requirements.

Nice to have

• Previous pharmacy experience.
• Working knowledge of RXEVO, pharmacy register procedures, and hirify.global Pharmacy SOPs.
