TL;DR
Deputy PPL Weight Management - PLM Consultant (Project Management/PLM): Supporting program performance and validation activities through budget management, KPI monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and PLM data maintenance with an accent on validation planning, cost control, and project convergence. What you will do
- Manage the EMAT budget tool, prepare activity validation requests, and support budget negotiations and cost optimization.
- Track project KPIs, RFQ targets, deliverables, issues, performance indicators, and milestones.
- Report program progress and performance to management and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead technical meetings and drive virtual and physical validation plans with project teams.
- Build and maintain integrated physical validation plans, manage schedules and deliverables, and support issue escalation and resolution.
- Update project information in PLM tools and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Initial experience in project management, validation, performance management, or engineering coordination.
- Good English and French are mandatory.
- Experience with budget planning, KPI tracking, cost control, risk and issue management, planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Knowledge of product development and validation processes, PLM tools, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and meeting facilitation skills.
