What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely invoice payments.
• Chase overdue debt by phone and email while maintaining professional customer communication.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams on disputes.
• Monitor aged debt, escalate risks, and maintain accurate interaction and payment records.
• Reconcile accounts, allocate payments, support month-end processes, and prepare reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of credit control processes and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• At least three years of credit control experience.
• Previous experience as a Credit Controller is essential.
• Strong understanding of credit control processes and debt management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, organisation, and time management.
• Confidence using finance systems and Microsoft Office.
