What you will do

• Conduct credit investigations for new and existing customers and maintain appropriate credit limits based on risk assessments.
• Monitor customer accounts to identify early risk indicators and take proactive actions to mitigate delinquency.
• Execute cash collection strategies and ensure accurate and timely submission of customer invoices.
• Manage credit holds and approve orders or bookings according to risk evaluation and company policies.
• Resolve customer disputes and queries efficiently to support timely payment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to align on credit risk and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or B2B Collections.
• Experience in a global shared services environment or multinational organization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines to support the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification.
