What you will do

• Collect outstanding debts by phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries, short payments, and payment disputes with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare aged debt and transaction reports, highlighting collection risks and performance.
• Set up and maintain direct debit facilities and mandates, including monthly reporting.
• Process telephone card payments, allocate cash accurately, reconcile customer accounts, and clear debit and credit balances.
• Manage customer accounts and credit limits, and process client refunds and bank payments according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
