Paralegal, Procurement (AI)

What you will do

• Manage procurement contract intake, routing, first-pass review, drafting, execution, and filing.
• Prepare standard agreements including NDAs, order forms, statements of work, amendments, and renewals.
• Maintain the contract repository and CLM system with accurate metadata, deadlines, and obligations.
• Track renewals, termination notices, warranties, and other contractual requirements.
• Support supplier onboarding diligence and prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for Legal and Procurement leadership.
• Improve templates, clause libraries, playbooks, CLM workflows, and AI-enabled contracting processes.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–6 years of paralegal or contract management experience, preferably with procurement, commercial, or technology contracts.
• Working knowledge of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, software licenses, and purchase agreements.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools such as Ironclad or DocuSign.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, and deadline-management skills.

• Experience in a high-growth technology, cloud, data center, or hardware company.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes.
• Interest in legal technology, automation, and AI tools.
