Location: Remote: Poland. The EMEA regional hub covers the UK, Germany, and Poland.

What you will do
- Own the EMEA commercial trajectory and lead growth across business development, operations, technology, and account management.
- Lead qualification, shaping, and closing of strategic and complex enterprise pursuits.
- Own the full EMEA P&L, driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Develop regional go-to-market, account-based marketing, thought leadership, and industry event strategies.
- Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, project margins, resource forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Set the regional technology agenda, with AI as the leading priority alongside cloud-native architecture, data engineering, and platform modernization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within a digital product development company, technology consultancy, or premium software services agency.
- Experience leading a regional or business-unit P&L of at least €50M–€100M+, with consistent growth and strategic enterprise account wins.
- Deep knowledge of agile software engineering, cloud transformations, UX/UI, and modern digital product ecosystems.
- Substantive command of AI and the ability to discuss its practical application with client CTOs and engineering leaders.
- Experience across European markets, including DACH, the UK, and CEE delivery hubs.
- Track record of building a business, market, practice, product line, or business unit through significant growth.
