What you will do

• Manage day-to-day commercial operations, owning revenue and gross margin targets.
• Drive growth in direct gambling revenue and increase average client budgets.
• Scale gross profit from video products and proprietary traffic sources.
• Implement data-driven decision-making through regular business reporting and forecasts.
• Lead and manage Sales, Account Management, and Traffic teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, or commercial leadership in iGaming.
• Proven track record of managing teams of 5+ people and full P&L responsibility.
• Deep expertise in Gambling, Betting, or Casino verticals.
• Strong knowledge of advertising formats including push, popunder, direct click, and pre-roll.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Russian: Native or near-native proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with Dating, Sweepstakes, Crypto, Finance, or Utilities verticals.
• Practical experience using AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) for analysis and reporting.
