Application Production Support (Unix/Kubernetes)

Location: Hybrid, based in Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Provide application production support, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance.
• Analyze production logs and automate support activities using Unix/Linux and Shell Script.
• Manage containerized environments with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Automate configuration and operational tasks with Ansible.
• Monitor services and production performance with Dynatrace.
• Support data warehouse, database, middleware, cloud, and reporting environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Application Production Support.
• Expert-level Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting skills for log analysis, troubleshooting, and production automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Dynatrace, Data Warehouse, data platforms, Oracle, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Practical experience with Autosys, middleware such as MQ and Tomcat, cloud computing, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher; hybrid work based in Lisbon and valid Portuguese/EU work authorization required.
