Functional Support (Summit TCI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Portugal with attendance at the Porto or Lisbon office twice a week.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users and IT teams regarding functional and technical issues in Summit TCI.
• Investigate and resolve daily global securities activity issues within Summit TCI.
• Create and modify reports and data extractions using SQL and Summit TCI internal tools.
• Document production issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and audit trails.
• Interpret and prioritize support requests using knowledge of financial products and global markets.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst or Summit TCI System Support specialist.
• Experience supporting functional and technical issues in a securities environment.
• SQL skills and experience creating reports or data extractions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Porto or Lisbon office twice a week.
