Tech Product Intern (SaaS)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Salary: 5,000,000 gross VND per month

A Vietnamese marketplace ecosystem serving more than 1 million daily active users and building platform products and internal tools for multiple business units.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for platform products and internal SaaS tools, from discovery and conceptualization through delivery, go-to-market, and iteration.
• Interview engineers, operations specialists, and business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and product adoption.
• Track adoption, usage, time-to-value, and user satisfaction, combining usage data with interview insights to identify product opportunities.
• Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, onboarding guides, and changelogs.
• Propose initiatives that improve internal workflows, including practical applications of AI.
• Coordinate requirements across business units and collaborate with Engineering and Business teams on roadmap decisions, delivery, and rollout.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfort with basic data analysis, API documentation, and understanding how systems fit together.
• Logical, evidence-driven problem-solving, business acumen, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Clear communication with engineering and business audiences and the ability to coordinate across teams.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude, and excellent self-learning skills.
• English is required.
