Product Solutions Specialist Intern (BytePlus) - 2027 Start

What you will do

• Support the product team across ideation, requirements gathering, concept validation, development, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Build product and service knowledge and translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Help create release notes, help documents, and other materials that improve user experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.

Nice to have

• Experience in product management, content writing, go-to-market strategy, or market research.
• Basic understanding of recommendation systems.
