EMEA Payroll Specialist

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

What you will do

• Manage accurate and timely salary payments for employees at responsible EMEA sites.
• Coordinate payroll information and oversee delivery with a third-party payroll provider.
• Review payroll data, calculate overtime and other pay premiums, and apply country-specific requirements such as withholding tax and social insurance.
• Maintain payroll records, including sick time, vacation, and other accrued leave.
• Resolve complex payroll matters with employees at all levels and provide customer-facing support.
• Collect payroll and benefits information and provide monthly instructions to the payroll provider.

Requirements

• Strong payroll experience, ideally including exposure to additional European entities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experienced Excel user, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to support and encourage colleagues as a team player.
