Senior Payroll Manager (EMEA and APAC)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations across a combination of EMEA and Pacific countries.
• Coordinate with CloudPay and other payroll service providers to deliver accurate and timely payroll under agreed service levels.
• Maintain payroll controls, manage operational risk, and support compliance with labor, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including SOX, tax audits, and other examinations.
• Coordinate UK PSA filings, HMRC examinations, and other tax agency requests.
• Develop payroll team members and partner with People, Finance, Legal, Systems, Benefits, vendors, and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of payroll experience in a large payroll department processing EMEA and/or Asia payrolls, particularly in the UK, France, and Germany.
• Experience managing a payroll team and reviewing payroll results.
• Working knowledge of withholding tax, tax filings, tax policy, and employment regulations.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and the effect of payroll activity on financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet variance analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, vendors, and regions.
• University degree required.
