What you will do

• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll processes across 15 European countries.
• Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers, specifically ADP Celergo, and In-Country Partners.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, regulatory requirements, and payroll best practices.
• Oversee payroll data verification, payslip production, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor payroll controls, identify risks, and implement process improvements.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Significant payroll management experience within a complex, multi-entity international organization.
• Proven experience overseeing payroll delivery across the EMEA region.
• Strong knowledge of UK and European payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and In-Country Partners.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CIPP qualification.
• Experience with Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) processing.
• Experience leveraging digital tools like Microsoft Copilot for process efficiency.
