Senior Product Data Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; must live and work permanently in the U.S.

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year, plus meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Guide product managers through continuous discovery, success-metric definition, assumption testing, and iterative learning.
• Design experimentation frameworks, evaluate results, and refine product hypotheses.
• Build scalable product analytics frameworks and improve self-service access through Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda.
• Use SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform and analyze product data.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and influence product roadmaps.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote data governance, standardization, and experimentation best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, Secoda, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, experiment design, statistical modeling, causal inference, and data visualization.
• Experience designing analytics frameworks for scalable decision-making.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
