Senior Data Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location: Los Angeles HQ; hybrid workplace

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with a business function such as Performance Marketing, Product Planning, Merchandising, Operations, or Production as the primary analytics contact.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical plans, recommendations, forecasts, and measurement frameworks.
• Build reusable analytical frameworks, scripts, tools, and pipelines in Python and SQL to automate recurring analyses and scale data access.
• Apply statistical and predictive modeling to customer lifetime value, demand planning, resource allocation, segmentation, targeting, and optimization.
• Design and measure experiments, including A/B tests, and validate analytical models using appropriate performance metrics.
• Create executive-level dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior analytics role.
• Experience accessing, transforming, modeling, and exploring large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Experience with predictive and statistical models, business experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Experience using analytics and BI tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to lead end-to-end analytics projects independently, present to leadership, and translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.

• Experience in ecommerce, retail, DTC apparel, fashion, or consumer goods.
