What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build conversational agents with intents, topics, generative AI capabilities, and integrations.
• Integrate intelligent workflows using Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional and technical requirements into conversational AI and automation solutions.
• Define and enforce governance standards, security controls, compliance policies, and platform administration practices.
• Manage environments, monitoring, licensing guidance, capacity planning, and cost optimisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and building conversational agents and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
