Marketing Automation AI Engineer

What you will do

• Develop AI agents and scalable automations that support internal teams, streamline workflows, and enhance creativity.
• Integrate and orchestrate large language models with internal systems and data sources.
• Design, build, and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and feedback loops.
• Evaluate existing automations and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and measurable workflow improvements.
• Optimize AI model cost, performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments while exploring new AI tools and techniques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering, automation, software engineering, or a related field.
• Recent experience delivering impactful AI projects.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agent architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-based AI solutions and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript, with solid SQL and Git experience.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, vector databases such as Pinecone, marketing data or automation flows, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
