Professional Services Consultant (Cybersecurity) - Saudi Arabia

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia; hybrid work with remote and onsite customer engagements.

What you will do

• Understand customer objectives, project scope, and business and technical requirements.
• Participate in architecture design and project scoping workshops with customers and partners.
• Prepare high-level and low-level designs, migration plans, test plans, network implementation plans, and as-built documentation.
• Deploy, configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimize hirify.global security solutions in customer environments.
• Support rollout, migration, and go-live activities, including knowledge-transfer sessions for customer staff.
• Track project risks, resolve or escalate issues, and complete required project administration and reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, or administration.
• 3+ years of experience with network security products.
• Expertise in NGFW and at least two additional security technologies, such as email security, endpoint security, application security, web application firewall, SIEM, SDN, or cloud-based security.
• Strong presentation, technical documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customers, partners, senior management, and other departments.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline, or equivalent work experience; flexible working hours are required.
