Senior Security Manager (Security)

What you will do

• Support implementation of client security policies across program and project levels.
• Develop and maintain safety and security strategies, policies, SOPs, and site security plans.
• Conduct threat and risk assessments for infrastructure projects, events, venues, and high-risk environments.
• Advise the client, senior management, PMCs, and contractors on physical security, travel security, escorts, access control, incident response, and reporting.
• Coordinate responses to employee and asset emergencies, incidents, and crises.
• Deliver security training, drills, and exercises in coordination with project consultants and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security administration, or a related field, or an international equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or the military.
• Documented experience supporting international projects in high-risk or unsecured environments.
• Experience developing and delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Strong assessment, analysis, strategic planning, project management, communication, and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills and an understanding of Saudi Arabian political, contextual, and ethical issues are required.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple geographic locations.
• Military, law enforcement, or related technical security experience.
• ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation.
• Experience developing international security strategies for critical infrastructure projects.
