Information Security Officer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; on-site. Work week: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM Saudi Arabian Time Zone.

hirify.global is a Saudi startup building a re-commerce marketplace for buying and selling second-hand products across the MENA region.

What you will do

• Lead compliance audits aligned with KSA regulations and SAMA frameworks.
• Review and implement data security strategies across departments.
• Support regulatory submissions and responses for fintech operations.
• Oversee security documentation and data protection practices.
• Coordinate with product and legal teams to maintain compliance standards.

Requirements

• Saudi national with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of SAMA regulatory requirements and KSA cybersecurity law.
• Experience leading cross-functional audit and compliance efforts.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2 compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience operating through or with an agency setup.
