Business Operations Intern

Location: Based in Italy, with locations in Milan or Rome

Salary: Starting from €1,000 per month; compensation is governed by the CCNL Commercio collective agreement.

hirify.global operates a marketplace app that connects businesses with consumers to reduce food waste and its environmental impact.

What you will do

• Support Cluster South teams with geographical focus guidance, reports, sales tooling, and data accuracy.
• Build and maintain tools and dashboards using Looker, Google Sheets, and Salesforce.
• Prepare presentation slides and support recurring operating cadences.
• Support cross-functional project management and execution across Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal.
• Document processes and contribute to ad hoc projects and analysis as priorities change.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Data, Economics, or a related subject.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organized, rigorous, curious, pragmatic, and able to work independently after receiving the objective.
• Fluent English required; applications must be submitted in English.
• Six-month internship based in Italy, starting in September 2026.

Nice to have

• Italian, French, Spanish, or Portuguese language skills.
• Previous experience with Looker or Salesforce.
