Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds is a vertically integrated pistachio and almond grower and processor supplying industrial and retail customers worldwide.

What you will do

• Prepare materials and documentation supporting the commercial opening process.
• Develop standardized process documents to improve alignment and execution readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Support commercial strategy development for specific regions through market and competitive research.
• Draft strategy documents and create PowerPoint presentations communicating insights and recommendations.
• Structure and analyze large datasets in Excel to support commercial planning.

Requirements

• Enrollment in the Wonderful Scholar College Success program is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, including storytelling, framing, and communication.
• Proficiency in Excel for data structuring, analysis, and organizing large datasets.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
