What you will do

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate sales performance and provide recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and analyze reports supporting sales initiatives and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with sales teams and business stakeholders to investigate requests, trends, and business challenges.
• Help manage and improve sales processes and CRM systems using AI and technology.
• Present project outcomes, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Take on greater ownership of projects and cross-functional initiatives as skills develop.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data mining and analysis.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Ability to work 15–20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and process-improvement skills.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Previous internship or business analytics experience.
• Experience using Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages.
